I have been attending Jo’s yoga classes for many months now and I love it, Jo is an excellent teacher and classes are suitable for beginners (like me) and more experienced yogis! The classes are relaxed and Jo makes everyone feel welcome. The classes are varied and change every week which is great.
Started yoga classes with Jo as a complete novice so was quite nervous and apprehensive. However, Jo is so wonderful at making everyone welcome and relaxed. Jo always gives different alternative levels for each position so there is no pressure. I really enjoy the classes and come out feeling refreshed and energised.
Just right. Jo always makes the session happy, calm and enjoyable. It's also a lovely space where you know you can do whatever is right for you. I always leave with a smile on my face and a spring in my step.
Great class. Jo is very friendly and welcoming. Classes are very inclusive with everyone encouraged to go at own pace. Happy to recommend.

I did a couple of pregnancy yoga courses in person with Jo and am now doing a parent and baby yoga on zoom with her. She's brilliant - she leads great yoga sessions to help with all the aches and pains and relaxation and also gives good space for connecting with other mums. Highly recommend, thanks Jo!

Jo has such a lovely energy and presence about her. You feel welcomed and supported in her classes whether you’re a complete beginner or seasoned yogi. Each week is slightly different and I leave her classes feeling energised and invigorated. I cannot recommend JoJo Yoga highly enough!
Absolutely love my classes with Jo - she creates such a calm and inclusive space to practice. My strength and flexibility have improved so much since I started with her, and as an added bonus I always sleep like a log after I've done her class! Highly recommend.

Jo’s yoga has been absolutely invaluable to me over the last two years. As well as attending her classes I also do her classes online which are chilled, easy to follow, of varying levels and you can do a five minute yoga practice up to a 40 minute practice. It’s been very good for my mental health.Thank you Jo. ❤️
Jo’s yoga class is such a breath of fresh air. She explains everything so well so you never feel left behind, and she has adjustments for all levels. Her classes are fun and you leave full of energy and feeling like you’ve done something really good for yourself. Cannot recommend Jo enough. She’s great fun too :)

As a yoga teacher myself it’s very rare I get the joy of taking a class - Jo gives me exactly what I need to stretch and unwind and really go into my own practice. Loved every second of it and her !
