Firstly, congratulations! I hope you are keeping well. As an experienced and fully trained prenatal yoga teacher - and now a mother - I offer friendly and relaxed classes for mums to be from 12 weeks plus. We will explore gentle, safe stretches, relaxation techniques, birth preparation and breathing as well as sharing our experiences of pregnancy in an open and welcoming space. I always set up WhatsApp groups for students wishing to stay in touch after the course.
Make new friends, connect with other mums, prepare your body and your mind and spend some time with just you and baby.
