Hastings & St Leonards
Frequently asked questions
I'm new to yoga! Can I come to your classes?
Yes! All classes are suitable for beginners. If you would like to come a little early and discuss any questions, concerns, injuries or health issues please let me know.
How are you safeguarding against coronavirus?
All students are encouraged to bring their own mats OR a towel to place over the studio mats. Entrance and exit to the studio is entirely non-contact and fresh air will circulate through the space wherever possible. All mats are thoroughly sanitised after each class. Classes are limited to 8 students per class and contact details of all students are recorded at the point of booking for the purposes of track and trace.
Can I swap times and days if I book an 8 week block?
If there is space on another day and time you are welcome to swap. Classes tend to get booked up in advance so it is sometimes not possible to swap, I will always to my best depending on availability to offer you a swap. All classes are sold on a non-refundable basis. In the event of cancellations due to another lockdown or coronavirus restrictions all students will be refunded in full for any cancelled classes.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
Mats are provided; I would advise bringing your own mat or a towel to place on top of the studio mats as an extra precaution and comfort measure!
